General Terms and Conditions
Any kind of recommendation from an admin / moderator at Asia Dating Europe is for the purpose that our members follow our goal of good and proper behavior on our website and therefore a recommendation MUST ALWAYS be followed. A. Conditions for profiles on Asia Dating Europe
1. You must be 18 years or older to create a profile on Asia Dating Europe.

3. Profile texts must not contain:

References to other external media such as external websites, Social Media, Snapchat, Skype. Conductive or discriminatory content about other users or Asia Dating Europe. The above also applies to the photos you add profile and photo albums to your profile.
6. Any kind of pedophile content, or other content of a directly illegal nature will be reported to the police with information about, among other things, IP address, which will give the police a better opportunity to find the person behind the creation.
7. Asia Dating Europe does not accept that you state your first and last name, address, telephone number or any other type of information that can identify you in your profile name or profile text. Therefore, it is also not allowed to refer to e.g. Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, Snapchat, Youtube, your own personal website or other pages that can identify you.
8. By creating a profile on Asia Dating Europe, you also give consent for Asia Dating Europe to show your profile to Asia Dating Europe's users. If you wish to revoke this consent, you must delete your profile via your profile page.
9. Asia Dating Europe strives as far as possible that our website primarily contains active and credible profiles. Asia Dating Europe reserves the right to delete inactive and fake profiles manually, as well as via automated deletion jobs.
10. Profiles on Asia Dating Europe are personal and may not be transferred or shared. Violation of this will in principle lead to deletion of the profile.
11. Asia Dating Europe reserves the right, at any time and without notice, to delete / change profiles that, without mutual agreement, exploit Asia Dating Europe commercially or contain other forms of advertising, are offensive, junk, untrue, discriminatory, or otherwise assessed as not living up to what we at Asia Dating Europe consider to be a fair and proper level.
B. Conditions for members' use of Asia Dating Europe
1. Messages and chat -
It is not permitted to send or forward messages on Asia Dating Europe containing commercial, offensive, harassing or discriminatory content, chain letters or contact information of other persons or companies. It is not permitted to use our chat rooms for spam and other obscene inquiries. It is important that the individual user, in all cases, remembers to maintain a proper and honest tone. C. Conditions for submitting (uploading) photos and videos on Asia Dating Europe
Conditions for profile picture
1. The profile picture should imagine you.

Profile pictures must not appear violent, threatening or otherwise contain things that are against the law. The profile picture where you are naked or only wearing underwear or something with sexual undertones is not accepted. Images that may be described as model images or appear to be spurious will not be approved until a normal everyday image can be presented to verify the authenticity of the image. Pictures must not contain contact information about yourself or others. Images that do not meet the above requirements will be rejected and deleted without notice.
3. Filtering and editing images.
Filters or other image modifications that cover the face or otherwise alter the face to such an extent that the person in the image is not recognizable are not permitted.
4. Conditions for photos in public photo album
The image must be rotated correctly. Images that can be described as model images or spurious are not approved until you can present a normal everyday image to verify the authenticity. Images may not contain links or references to other websites. Images with sexual undertones (eg nudity) are not accepted. Pictures must not contain contact information about yourself or others. Images that do not meet the above requirements will be rejected and deleted without notice.
5. Conditions for pictures attached in messages on Asia Dating Europe
Images must not appear violent, threatening or offensive. Images of an offensive nature that are sent unsolicited to other users will result in the deletion of the profile without notice.
D. Advice on safety
Asia Dating Europe encourages all users to be careful about messages that are written in English or that look machine-translated. These can be spam messages whose intent may be to lure money out of people. If you are in doubt as to whether this is a message from a real profile, please contact customer service. Asia Dating Europe advises all users not to pass on personal information such as address and credit card numbers. We also advise against paying for travel tickets or the like for other profiles you have not met and know personally. Asia Dating Europe also encourages you not to have fully public profiles on other platforms, such as Facebook. Otherwise, you may risk being contacted unsolicited on these platforms. Asia Dating Europe encourages all users not to give money to people they do not know. If you believe you have been defrauded of money or other valuables, we recommend that you report it to us and the police. We are happy to cooperate with the police and are happy to provide data that can facilitate the investigation. Do not delete your profile until you have spoken to our customer service so that we can secure proof.
